Return & Exchange Policy


All sales are final — because our ritual products are handcrafted, spiritually charged, and often made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.


However, we want you to feel supported:

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you received the wrong item, please email us at [your email] within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will happily replace or refund any damaged or incorrect items.


We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Products that have already been used or altered

Orders with incorrect address input by the customer

Delays caused by carriers or customs

Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer fails to claim the package from the carrier, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.


We will contact you when the package is returned. You may choose to:

  • Have the order reshipped (customer pays new shipping costs), or
  • Receive a refund for the product cost only (original shipping is non-refundable).

If the product is custom-made or contains perishable/limited-use items, a reshipment fee will be required — refunds will not be available.
